This statement is deemed electronically accepted when you tick the "I'd like to receive campaign and announcement messages" box on the quote and booking forms at boat-garage.com. Consent is optional: not giving it does not prevent you from receiving a quote or using Boat Garage / Boat Clean services, and you can withdraw it at any time.
The consent below applies only to commercial electronic messages such as campaigns, announcements, promotions and special offers. The processing needed to prepare your quote and deliver the service is independent of this consent and is explained in the Privacy Notice.
1. Consent statement
I give my explicit consent for the data controller Reis Yatçılık Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (Boat Garage and Boat Clean brands) to process my name, surname, phone number, e-mail address and boat details in order to send me:
- winter-storage campaigns and early-booking offers,
- maintenance, cleaning and polishing campaigns,
- season opening/closing announcements and reminders,
- special offers and event information,
- satisfaction and feedback communications,
- similar commercial electronic messages,
by SMS, WhatsApp, e-mail and similar electronic channels; and, limited to that purpose, to process and transfer my data through technical service providers (e-mail and messaging infrastructure) in Türkiye and/or abroad. I give this consent freely, for a specific purpose, on an informed basis and explicitly, in line with the Privacy Notice.
2. Scope
This consent applies only to the commercial communications above. The following rely on other legal bases and are not affected by whether consent is given:
- receiving your quote or booking request and preparing and sending the quote,
- carrying out storage, maintenance, cleaning and transport services,
- service-related notices (delivery date, job status, payment reminders),
- invoicing and accounting,
- security and access logs,
- statutory retention duties and requests from competent authorities.
3. Withdrawing consent
I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time, without giving a reason, by:
- using the opt-out / unsubscribe route in any message sent,
- writing "no marketing" by WhatsApp or SMS to +90 541 161 02 05,
- sending a written notice to info@seaapplication.com.
Withdrawal takes effect when the notice reaches the data controller; no further commercial electronic messages are sent after that date. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
4. Declaration
I confirm that I have read and understood this statement; that I have been informed through the Privacy Notice about the purposes of processing, recipients, retention periods, my rights and how to apply; that this consent covers only campaign and announcement communications; and that not giving it does not affect the core services.
